Program Manager – Education Programs
Location: Islamabad/Rawalpindi.

We are looking for a dedicated Program Manager – Education to develop and oversee educational support initiatives for under privileged communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Launch and manage school support and literacy programs.
• Partner with educational institutions and local schools.
• Measure outcomes and report progress.
• Develop and oversee school support and literacy enhancement projects.
• Design scholarships, school supplies distribution, and teacher training plans.
• Liaise with education departments, private schools, and curriculum experts.
• Introduce inclusive education models for marginalized children.
• Monitor and evaluate student retention, progress, and outcomes.

Requirements:

• Master’s in Education or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in education sector or NGOs.
• Master’s in Education, Social Sciences, or Development Studies.
• At least 5 years of experience in education-based project management.
• Strong understanding of government and NGO education systems.
• Excellent communication, planning, and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with donor-funded education projects is preferred.
