Manager IVF Center – (MBBS, Bio Technologist, Bio Chemist) Full Time

Key Responsibilities:Operations Management:

• Oversee day-to-day administrative and clinical operations of the IVF center.
• Ensure optimal scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) across departments (clinical, laboratory, nursing, and patient services).

Patient Experience:

• Ensure a patient-centered approach across the care journey.
• Monitor patient satisfaction and implement improvements based on feedback.
• Coordinate patient flow and ensure minimal wait times and efficient service delivery.

Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and supervise non-clinical and clinical staff (excluding physicians and embryologists).
• Conduct staff evaluations and coordinate training and development programs.
• Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, and compassion.

Financial Management:

• Monitor and manage budgets, expenditures, and revenue targets.
• Oversee billing, insurance coordination, and financial counseling processes.
• Generate financial and performance reports for senior management.

Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance:

• Ensure adherence to local health regulations, ART laws, and accreditation standards (e.g., ICMR, NABH).
• Coordinate internal audits, documentation, and compliance-related activities.
• Maintain records in accordance with medical, legal, and ethical standards.

Marketing & Business Development:

• Collaborate with marketing teams to drive patient engagement and growth.
• Represent the center at conferences, community outreach, and partnership events.
• Monitor market trends and contribute to strategic planning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in healthcare administration; IVF or fertility clinic experience preferred.
• Knowledge of ART guidelines, patient confidentiality, and healthcare laws.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs130,000.00 – Rs150,000.00 per month
