Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the full lifecycle of Amazon FBA and Shopify dropshipping operations.
Identify profitable product opportunities through data-driven product hunting on Amazon and other marketplaces.
Launch and manage Amazon Private Label products from sourcing to ranking.
Develop and optimize product listings, ensuring effective SEO, keyword strategy, and conversion rate optimization.
Oversee and manage Amazon Seller Central account including inventory, pricing, PPC campaigns, and compliance.
Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers (e.g., via Alibaba) for sourcing, sampling, and production.
Build and manage Shopify storefronts including theme setup, apps integration, and conversion optimization.
Monitor and analyze key metrics (sales, margins, ROI, ad performance) to drive profitability.
Lead A/B testing strategies for product pages, pricing, and advertising creatives.
Manage customer service and ensure a positive customer experience across all platforms.
Stay updated with trends, algorithm changes, and best practices across Amazon and Shopify.
Experience with Shopify apps (e.g., Oberlo, DSers, Klaviyo, ReConvert).
