Job Timings: 06:00PM to 03:00AM
Location: G-8/4, Islamabad
Job Type: On-site (Office based)

Responsibilities:

• Verify patient demographics, insurance coverage, and eligibility for in-patient hospital services.
• Possess a strong understanding of insurance guidelines, including LCDs, NCCI , and MUEs, specifically as they relate to hospital billing.
• Ensure precision and compliance in hospital billing processes, including correct use of Revenue Codes, DRG codes and UB-04 forms.
• Perform QA and claim scrubbing before submission.
• Record and reconcile payment receipts, analyze reimbursements, and track collections related to in-patient hospital services.
• Actively manage denials and conduct aggressive Accounts Receivable follow-ups to ensure timely payment.
• Generate standard and customized reports to assist management with revenue cycle analytics.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in In-patient Hospital Billing for the US healthcare system.
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
• Excellent in verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proficiency in using various Hospital Information Systems, Electronic Health Records, and Practice Management software.
• Good command over Microsoft Excel and Word.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs65,000.00 – Rs100,000.00 per month
